We do not like the hateful, litigous lawyerman that is one Jack Thompson. It seems to be mutual.

He says we're all monsters. When dumb kids make prank calls and send him threats, they convince him he's right.

Now its hard to communicate with him. I don't know if its possible to speak seriously to him. We need to do something, ANYTHING that he might not consider a threat.

That said, I'm assembling points for the letter to be attached. Requisite subjects to touch on (but not aggravate with) so far include:

- Some sort of apology for the less-cordial correspondences he gets from less mature gamers.
- Finding his proper stated agenda (keep violence from children, or ban games entirely?)
- The word Pixelante, and how its being used now.
- His overall stance on the NIMF (He badmouthed them soon after they sent him the C&D, but they still have similar agendas)
- Presidential candidancy in 2008: just a rumor?
- what we can do to maintain lines of serious dialogue with him?
