OK, so at school the other day I was chatting around with some people about the PS3 and Wii (of course) and two of the guys turn out to be Best Buy employees. Nicccccce. 'Maybe I can get some information out of them' I thought to myself.

They basically told me about how their display PS3 has had to be restarted NINE TIMES, and 2 other display systems in the central KY area have CAUGHT FIRE. Please remember, I don't know how reliable this information is, hence the RUMORS title.

So now I know you are thinking, who cares, just tell me how many they have in stock.
Word is Best Buy here in town had 34-40, and all of them were sold online, so waiting in line was pointless.

How many Wii? Between 100-150. Sounds like plenty, but I would play it safe, and show up early as possible if you are wanting to play Sunday morning. =)

EDIT: Word on the street is Walmart will be getting WEEKLY shipments of PS3 until X-Mas. How many per week? Didn't say.
