RedOctane really pulled out all the stops for E3 this year even though they are essentially only showing a single game… but wow what a game! The song list thus far is still pretty short with fewer than 10 songs currently released. I did get a chance however to see that finally there are separate difficulty settings now! The difficulty selection seems to be in place in every section of the game to really make for an overall better two-player experience.
We got some KICK ASS RedOctane shirts after our session on the guitars… overall RedOctane is really only promoting one game, but they know who their fan base is now and are appealing directly to them. We at BlueAlien.org would like to thank RedOctane and Corey Fong for taking us around and giving us a taste of the new features in Guitar Hero 2. It is definitively coming along great… I can't wait to see the finished product!
